REFUND & RETURN POLICY

10-Day Return Policy (Model 3 Wheel Covers Excluded)

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the time you receive the item to request a return on a non-quality product. Model 3 wheel covers are excluded from returns. (Refer to Non-Returnable/ Refundable Items - Blow out sale Model 3 Wheel Covers)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Returns are the customers responsibility, in addition to covering the cost of the return shipping a $20 restock fee will be applied to the refund.

Before you begin your return, you will need to contact us at s3xywheels@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label.

If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 48 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

At S3XYWHEELS, we're excited to offer you quality wheel covers at unbeatable prices during our blowout sale. To ensure the smooth operation of this special promotion, we have established a no return policy for our wheel covers. Below are the reasons for this policy:
        1       Hygiene Concerns: Our wheel covers are intimate automotive accessories. Once installed, they come into direct contact with the vehicle's wheels, potentially accumulating dirt, debris, and other contaminants. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or installed wheel covers.
        2       Product Integrity: Each wheel cover is meticulously crafted to meet our high-quality standards. Once installed, even minor wear and tear can compromise its integrity and resale value. To ensure that our customers receive products in pristine condition, we do not accept returns of installed wheel covers.
        3       Shipping and Handling: Returning delicate automotive accessories involves logistical challenges and additional costs, both for the customer and our company. Considering the specialized packaging and handling required for such items, it is impractical to accept returns once the product has been delivered and installed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 48 hours and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
