If your item arrives damaged, please email photos immediately at s3xywheels@gmail.com and give us 6 business days to file a claim with the carrier. We will issue a return label and when received and approved as "damaged", we will send you a replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.
10-Day Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the time you receive the item to request a return on a non-quality product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Before you begin your return, you will need to contact us at s3xywheels@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product, please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 48 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) & Gift Cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 48 hours and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
